What is your return policy?
- All of the following items are final sale and may not be returned: furniture, rugs, bedding (pillows, blankets, etc.), art, lighting, personal care items, custom items, and sale items.
- All other items have a 14 day return policy. To return an item you must email us for further instruction. Item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer customization options for furniture?
Yes, we offer customization on select furniture pieces and other items in our store. Please contact us to discuss your specific customization requirements.
